{"id":20074,"date":"2021-10-18T16:27:19","date_gmt":"2021-10-18T14:27:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.staging.lichtgitter.com\/unkategorisiert\/new-company-in-the-lichtgitter-group\/"},"modified":"2026-02-17T15:35:00","modified_gmt":"2026-02-17T14:35:00","slug":"new-company-in-the-lichtgitter-group","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www2.lichtgitter.com\/en\/news\/new-company-in-the-lichtgitter-group\/","title":{"rendered":"New company in the Lichtgitter Group"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Draht M\u00fcller GmbH &amp; Co KG, based in D\u00fclmen, has been part of the Lichtgitter Group since 23.08.2021 and further rounds off our range with its products.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1931, the company has been in the M\u00fcller family for four generations and specializes in industrial spot-welded mesh for animal husbandry, cellar partitions, store fitting and many other applications.<\/p>\n<p>Hermann Stengel, one of the managing directors of Lichtgitter GmbH, sees this step as an important milestone on the way to further expanding the market position of the Lichtgitter Group. &#8220;The inclusion of Draht M\u00fcller GmbH &amp; Co KG in our group is a strategically sensible addition to our shareholdings in Germany and abroad. This will enable us to further consolidate and expand our position as a full-range supplier in the wire mesh segment for the shelving market, among others. We look forward to further developing the site in D\u00fclmen together with the employees and management.   <\/p>\n<p>Draht M\u00fcller GmbH &amp; Co KG operates several spot welding systems on its approx. 8,000 square meter site in D\u00fclmen. 72 employees recently generated a turnover of around \u20ac 11 million. In addition to Mr. Lutz Sch\u00fcrmann, Mr. Dirk Br\u00fctsch, who is already a managing director in the Lichtgitter Group, will drive forward the further strategic orientation of the company.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Image:<\/p>\n<p><em>f.l.t.r.
