THIS IS WHAT TO EXPECT:

Receiving, scanning and importing paper and digital invoices from various channels (e-mail, post, portal)

Use of data capture and OCR software for automated data extraction (invoice amount, IBAN, invoice number, supplier)

Checking the read-out data for accuracy, manual updating of missing information and account assignment of invoices in the ERP system (proAlpha)

Forwarding invoices to the relevant departments for technical review and approval.

Creation of new vendors in the system

Contact person for suppliers with queries about invoicing

General administrative activities in financial accounting

You bring with you:

Completed commercial training

Confident handling of MS Office applications

Independent way of working

Ability to work in a team
